About Me
Caitlin Koppenhaver’s primary scope of representation includes but is not limited to State Licensing and Regulations, Cash-Based Practices, Outpatient Services the Wellness Industry, and Outside General Counsel Services. Prior to becoming an attorney, Caitlin was a seasoned business professional at a major Florida Healthcare system with a command on Projects and Standards of Practice for multiple service lines including Urgent Care, Imaging, Express Care and Telehealth, where she regularly collaborated with physicians and interdisciplinary corporate teams. While working full time, Caitlin earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics, and then proceeded to attend law school in the evenings to pursue a juris doctor with a Health Law Concentration from Nova Southeastern University. While attending law school, Caitlin was a dean’s list recipient, served as the President of the Health Law Society, worked as a health law faculty research assistant and was the Captain of the Health Law Transactional Team.
In 2023, Caitlin led the NSU transactional team to first place overall among the top health law programs in the country in the L. Edward Bryant, Jr. National Health Law Transactional Competition sponsored by the American Health Law Association. Caitlin’s dynamic experience as a healthcare business professional paired with her leadership skills and experience provides Caitlin with an invaluable business and quality perspective and which are an asset to her clients.
