Caitlin Koppenhaver’s practice spans a broad range of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, with a particular focus on State Licensing and Regulatory Compliance, Compounding Pharmacies, the Peptide and Wellness Industry, Cash-Based Practices, and Outside General Counsel Services. She represents clients before State Regulatory Boards and other regulatory agencies, navigating complex licensing actions, disciplinary proceedings, and compliance reviews. Caitlin also advises businesses on FDA regulatory issues, including responding to FDA Warning Letters, interpreting federal guidance, and developing risk-calibrated compliance strategies for compounding, peptides, and other healthcare operations.

 

In addition to her legal work, Caitlin brings years of healthcare business experience, having served a major Florida healthcare system with a command on projects and standards of practice across multiple service lines, including Urgent Care, Imaging, Express Care, and Telehealth. In that role, she collaborated closely with physicians, specialty practices, and interdisciplinary corporate teams, giving her clients a pragmatic, operationally informed perspective.

 

Caitlin holds both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics and a Juris Doctor with a Health Law Concentration from Nova Southeastern University, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List, served as President of the Health Law Society, and competed nationally as Captain of the Health Law Transactional Team, leading her team to a first-place finish in a national transactional competition sponsored by the American Health Law Association.
